PiP has been the tower of strength I
desperately needed on the 3
occasions when I really needed
someone to help.

So comforting and useful to know PiP were
there to talk things over with on the phone, to
use as a sounding board and check facts with,
with someone who understood the complexities
of Social Service administration procedures was
so reassuring and supportive to me, just to
know I was not alone struggling through it all
was a sanity saver - Thank you.

There is no room for improvement in my
eyes the service was perfect, professional
yet friendly and encouraging yet not pushy.
After our initial meeting I felt that my
problem had been lifted from my shoulders
and was no longer eating away at me.
